Contact your employer's dispatch office first. They manage your account and your loads. If they cannot resolve the problem, email us at {{SUPPORT EMAIL}}.

Signing in

Your employer creates your account. Sign in with the email address and password for that account. If you cannot sign in or have forgotten your password, contact your dispatch office.

Turning notifications off

Open your phone's Settings, find Drayvia, and turn off Notifications.
